Vishal answers: How do International students fit into their programs?

It is a challenge for international students
to really break the ice with their American classmates but I think a lot of U.S. business
schools make this process easier. In MBA programs you usually have a team that you study with
in your first year and if the business school has done this well, this is usually a group
of international and U.S. students. So what you want to start doing is first building
bridges with those Americans students in your immediate team and from them you start connecting
with the other students in your cohort. I think that would be an easy way to go through
it, to get better at socializing with your classmates.
