  1. I got mine delivered about 10 days ago. Fairly easy to put together. Smooth operation and a good workout. The seat is 17 inches off the ground, so even my wife and easily get on and off the seat. The video states up to 36 inch inseam, I'm 34 inch and feel I've hit the max. Once in a while I hit the end stop. So I would not recommend more than 34 inches. The machine rows great, I still haven't figured out the display. Yes, there are instructions and they are written well in English, but not comprehensive. I would recommend it.

  2. I just bouggt this machine. I filled it up with water to the level 6 but i dont feel any hard resistance. Am I doing something wrong? Im new at rowing

  3. Just bought mine, great equipment. The only thing i dislike is the swivel foot rest. I'm really thinking about locking it at 45 degrees. What's your suggestion?

  4. Hi, I would like to purchase one of these rowers but I'm a little on edge after reading a few of the negative reviews, although I realize that the majority of them are positive. I wonder how long we should reasonably expect one of these things to last with about 2.5 hours of moderate use per week. Thank you.

  5. I have a resistance question… I have the water set to a little under 6, which is just below max. What is the normal or average to above average setting for resistance? I feel like I could definitely get 500m in 2-2:30 minutes, but that's definitely not happening at the moment. Just want to be sure I don't have the resistance too high and shooting myself in the foot.
