hello mom’s… How are you? today I’m
going to talk about cabin fever This issue has been appointed by one of our subscribers names Bhoomi Rao…. and she wanted more explanation on this…most of the new mothers experience cabin fever and most of them wont be aware of it…. and she posted can you talk
about it ? …..so I’m going to talk about this when I researched about
cabin fever what I got to know is… this usually happens in mothers who are
home bound Mostly mothers in US or other countries would experience it… this lucky we In India still have relatives visit us often… but I’m sure people from small towns or villages… come and settle here or people from large families come and settle with nuclear family….may be they might be facing this but usually
what happens is post birth… in the isolation phase where mothers are restricted with all the conditions…. they do that so that they can take care of it but the adverse affect would be something called as cabin fever… we will have
depression, restlessness lack of patience , mood swings
all these are symptoms of cabin fever sothe main reason is when we are not in contact with outside world….continuously spending the whole time with household-work and kids usually they have this …ideally this should be address if
you’re going through in any of these symptoms usually it should be addressed
through a mental health professional but on a 21 days challenge if you observe we have designed it in such a way that you get exposure to
sunlight you get out to walk you go meet people so if you follow it exactly….within 21 days most of you will get out of these
symptoms so if you are just watching 100 days
Challenge and wondering OMG how to do this 100 days challenge and you are watching this video for just my motivational talks and dont take any action…then we have something very simple called as 21 days
challenge…. so just go to 21days challenge and start all over … though you have already….you can start there lot of mothers already repeating the challenge because once we do it…. we will have the habit for few days… but after few days we get back to our old habits like sarala and chethana restarted….. they started off with 21 days challenge it’s perfectly okay even
Priya Datta is again doing the 21 days challenge reason for that is after few days we lose touch with all that we did… so if at all you’re
facing symptoms like depression, at the drop of a hat you’re
feeling like crying or moody and listless do reach out your mental health professional or the easiest thing is just

like oh my god every damn symptom of a mother is covered in this… and even I learnt from it yes I used to hear to all of this but I
